Right now we have an --output-site option and a --output-dir option that can be passed to pegasus to tell where to place the output products.

However, to give a tighter control to users as to where the output products are placed we need to provide an output replica catalog option that users can pass to tell where to place the output products.

It can be a file based RC or a Regex based RC that dictates that can be passed by the users.
