Description
For 5.0.2 we agreed for planner to use pegasus credentials file for transfers to and from S3
as a result, the environment variable that gets set in the submit files is
PEGASUS_CREDENTIALS[_sitename] where _sitename is optional.
In our bamboo tests 030-pegasuslite-s3 the credentials env variable is now
PEGASUS_CREDENTIALS_staging_site=/localhome/bamboo/.pegasus/credentials-s3.conf"
pegasus-s3 should be updated to pick this env variable
not sure about backward compatibility requirements for the S3CFG_* variables
