default config location for pegasus-s3 needs to be set to ~/.pegasus/credentials.conf

      The default config location for pegasus-s3 is currently ~/.pegasus/s3cfg. When running a workflow, the default used is ~/.pegasus/credentials/conf. To be consistent, when pegasus-s3 is used as a standalone tool, the default credentials location should also be ~/.pegasus/credentials.conf.
