pegasus-analyzer debug job option should have a hard check for output files

Issue cropped up while debugging sipht workflows on newbio. jobs were getting held as the application code was not generating the right output files. pegasus-analyzer --debug-job feature allows users to run the jobs locally, however the script generated does not have a hard check for the existence of the output files.
