pegasus-plots fails with "-p all"

      A user reported an issue with pegasus-plots in 4.5.0 on HipChat:

      I'm trying to use pegasus-plots in order to generate the graphs charts but I'm getting an error:
      [tutorial@localhost ~]$ pegasus-plots -o outeste -p all trabalho-workflow/submit/tutorial/pegasus/docking-1-10/run0002/
