We are running into an issue with using mixed site jobs within a single dax. We two jobs A, B. A runs on SUGAR, B runs on stampede. B needs input from A. It seems like the cleanup for A is run (move from the working directory to the output map location), before the staging from SUGAR to stampede. The gsiscp transfer then fails.

Is it possible that there is something we've misconfigured here? If it matters, we are using inplace cleanup.
