pegasus-exitcode should write its output to a log file

When dagman runs a post script it doesn't log the output of the post script anywhere. That is problematic because sometimes the post script stdio has useful information for debugging. In the case of pegasus-exitcode we should log that information somewhere in the workflow submit dir so that we can find it later.
