Currently to transfer a x509_user_proxy to remote site we need to set the pegasus.transfer.proxy=true, and set the profile env in site catalog for site local. The setting of profile should not be required and instead should be automatically determined by using the cog code. (which is already there). Please make this a high priority if not in 2.4.0 then atleast 3.0..
