Right now, if the user did not configure the service with a custom SSL certificate, then it generates a new self-signed certificate each time it starts. What we should do instead is generate a certificate once, and save it so that it is reused each time the service starts. It is really annoying that we have to re-confirm the certificate in our browser each time we restart the service.
