pegasus-gridftp rm can be used with pegasus-cleanup, and pegasus-gridftp mkdir can be used with pegasus-create-dir.

pegasus-gridftp should be used by default, but the existing implementation using empty files and globus-url-copy can be used if pegasus-gridftp does not exist (i.e. the execution host only has the worker package)
