For certain workflows Pegasus may add a duplicate edge between a stage in job and a compute job . Duplicate edge is added in the case, where same file is used across multiple jobs, and the jobs themselves share the same clustered stage in job .

note: condor dagman does not complain about duplicate edges. however it is good to remove duplicate edges where we can.
