The planner should backup a copy of the DAX into the submit directory that it creates

The Pegasus planner should make a backup copy of the DAX into the root submit directory that it creates. It is OK to create a compressed copy, I think. This could potentially be handled in the planner's wrapper, as Gaurang pointed out. However, handling argument parsing without destroying them in shell can be tedious compared to other scripting languages.
