  Talk a bit about FHS layout, and include references if any. Also talk about pegasus-config and how they can be used in a DAX generator.

• stampede database upgrade tool ( gaurang )
  Include a reference to the new stampede schema. Talk about how to use the upgrade tool. Where it is. Include sample steps to highlight how to use it.
