For 3.2 Pegasus Lite will be a shell script that Pegasus generates for each job in the submit directory.

We want the the shell script created for each job to be as small as possible. Hence, we will have to rely on a common shell functions file that has functions to create a directory , stage in data etc.
Something similar to what was done for the Shell Code Generator.
