Duncan and Gaurang noticed that even though symlinking was turned on , and Replica Catalog was populated with file url's for the two execution sites, the transfer jobs still referred to gsiftp URL's for one of the compute sites.
It appears some of the file URL's for one of compute sites were ignored by the replica selectors.
