related to this is parent issue, there is another bug in planner

pegasus profile key diskspace is in MB
while condor profile key request_diskspace is in KB

So if a pegasus profile is mentioned, planner needs to convert to KB when writing it out as a condor classed request_diskspace in the job submit file
