pegasus-analyzer should show failing jobs

currently pegasus analyzer shows only looks at the last job retry state to determine if a job has a failed or not. This is valid behavior as originally pegasus-analyzer was designed to be run after the workflow has finished.

However, users now do run pegasus-analyzer on workflows that are running, and it would be useful to show jobs that are currently running after retries i.e. failed on a previous retry
