I just did a Condor 7.5.3 install, and it looks like the grid_resource
is now required (instead of globusscheduler):

attribute not defined for grid universe job

In the release notes from 7.5.2:

The following submit description file commands are no longer
recognized. Their functionality is replaced by the command
grid_resource.
