For panorama we need to collect darshan statistics.
We will create a new pegasus tool that uses darshan-parser to extract the statistics from darshan binary log files.
This tool should be able to publish directly to an AMQP endpoint via a client or through a REST api.
In case Kickstart wraps the job these statistics should be added to the kickstart output and monitord will handle the publishing.
