I am really tired of trying to debug workflows without the catalogs, or with catalogs that may have been changed since the workflow was planned. Pegasus should save all the file-based catalogs it can in the workflow submit dir so we can find them later. It already does that for properties and the DAX, we should do it for the site catalog, transformation catalog, and the replica catalog (if it is a file).
