pegasus-cleanup should use pegasus-s3's bulk delete feature

      Right now I think pegasus-cleanup calls pegasus-s3 for each S3 URL in the case of inplace cleanup. Instead it should pass several URLs on the command line, or in a file, or on stdin. This is related to PM-791.
