The CyberShake workflow has an md5sum check job that runs for about an hour. They would like to take this job out of the critical path of the workflow, but still have it abort the workflow if it fails. The easiest way to do this is to add a profile that triggers the ABORT-DAG-ON behavior of DAGMan.
