work_dir in JobInstance tables being populated with submit dir instead of remote working dir.

      In STAMPEDE database's JobInstance table the work_dir field is populated with incorrect value.

      The field's value should be the remote working directory and not the submit directory.

      Attached is a submit dir. tarball with an affected run.
