The dynamic hierarchy testcase seems to randomly fail. Jobs failed indicating that the GRAM was reporting that the remote_initialdir did not exist.

On investigation it was discovered that the cleanup job for the top level workflow was run for site CCG before the inner DAX had completed. the top level cleanup job removed the directories in which the inner dax'es were running.
