When I change the gridlaunch path in my site catalog it doesn't change the path used when generating submit scripts. I also tried defining a transformation called pegasus::kickstart in the transformation catalog, but that didn't work either. Without this it is more difficult for me to replace kickstart with my own wrapper script.
