we need a convenient way for a user to specify profiles for a site entry in properties. the use case is that for default sites (such as condorpool and local) created by planner; user should be able to specify additional profiles.

the naming scheme for the property prefix is
pegasus.catalog.site.sites.[sitename].profiles.[namespace].key value

though immediate use case is to associate condor profiles, other profile namespace can be also specified

the profiles override the ones if any defined in the site catalog
