At the top of https://pegasushub.io/workflows, it will be useful to see a list of tags available for current workflows. Clicking on one or more tags should display workflows such that each workflow contains at least one of the selected tags. Clicking on a selected tag should de-select that tag, and the list of displayed workflows should be updated accordingly.

These tags at the top should also contain the number of workflows we have that have that same tag.

This will help users to easily explore what types of workflows we have available.
