Deprecate hints profile namespace and use selector namespace

For 5.0, we decided to do away with the hints namespace and use the selector namespace. the planner should accept the hints keys in the selector namespace, and throw warning if a user uses the hints namespace. as part of this the following keys will be moved to selector namespace

- pfn
- grid.jobtype
