      ReplicaCatalog.add_replica(self, site, lfn, pfn, regex=False) needs to be updated to ReplicaCatalog.add_replica(self, site, lfn, pfn, regex=False, checksum_type=None, checksum_value=None). Should raise exception if only one of the checksum fields are assigned a value.
