remove STAT profile namespace

      When commenting out the usage of the Stat namespace in
      src/edu/isi/pegasus/planner/catalog/classes/Profiles.java and src/edu/isi/pegasus/planner/common/PegasusProperties.java, the Java unit tests still pass. The Stat namespace is likely not used and can be removed.
      vahi Can we remove it?
