currently there is a mix of events that are picked from job.out ( kickstart record) and PegasusLite output ( monitoring events for integrity etc). as part of this item, we want to ensure that there is only one machine parseable file per job that monitord parses to populate into the stampede database and to send events to AMQP end points.
