      For 5.0 release, we plan to move the transformation catalog to a YAML based format.

      src//edu/isi/pegasus/planner/catalog/TransformationCatalog.java

      supported implementations are in
      src//edu/isi/pegasus/planner/catalog/transformation/impl/

      with some of existing parser code in
      src//edu/isi/pegasus/planner/parser/

      we should use a widely used yaml parser for java with an apache compatible license
