Currently, the Site Catalog uses the newer NMI based naming scheme to describe the OS / Architecture for a site.
The Transformation Catalog uses the older VDS era scheme.

For the 3.0 release, the Transformation Catalog needs to move to newer NMI naming scheme internally.
Additionally the transformation mappers, that match executables to a site should be using NMI based OS / Architecture objects to do the matching.
