"pegasus-rc-client list" modifies rc.txt

      Pegasus compiled from pegasus-source-4.7.4.tar.gz with ant dist

      When I run the command
      pegasus-rc-client list
      it lists the contents of my file based replica catalog rc.txt (as expected), but it also updates the first line of the text file with the current date

      1. file-based replica catalog: 2017-04-27T13:40:41.564+02:00

      The expected behaviour is that 'list' is a read-only operation that does not modify the contents of the resource catalog file.
