Major Description
Monitord regularly produces dashboard entries with empty stderr and stdout files on LIGO workflows, meaning that users cannot debug their workflows without digging into the ascii log files. Karan thinks that there may be a race condition between these files appearing and the message in dagman.out saying that the job has completed.
