It looks like Pegasus is using hostname to populate the Submit Host column of the dashboard page. At Syracuse, this returns the FQDN (e.g. sugwg-osg.phy.syr.edu), but at Caltech, it just returns the hostname (e.g. ldas-grid). It should use hostname -f (or similar) to get the FQDN.
