Do not set LD_LIBRARY_PATH in job env

If a GLOBUS_LOCATION is set in the in the site catalog, Pegasus will automatically build a LD_LIBRARY_PATH accordingly. However, this is set for the whole job, which can break the execution of the user codes. Setting it is also not longer necessary as LD_LIBRARY_PATH is set internally in pegasus-transfer.
