We have some jobs that create a Berkeley database, which produces unpredicatable file names. Therefore we cannot know ahead of time every file that will be produced and need to be staged out. For now, we are working around it by create a tarball, but it would be better if pegasus had the ability to stage whole directories in and out. I would mention the parent directory, and it would stage that directory, all files, all subdirectories, and the whole tree below it.
