Often, for running jobs on large systems such as Bluewaters, users need to have a job wrapper that does launches the job using aprun. Users can specify task requirements as pegasus profiles and they get set direct PBS submissions. However, in some cases the values may need to be passed to aprun also. Pegasus should pass the profile values computed as environment variables that a job wrapper can pick up.
