In the Pegasus 4.6.1 User Guide, section 9.1. Replica Selection (https://pegasus.isi.edu/documentation/data_management.php), in the introduction, it reads

I suspect this is merely a typo in the source file. (rsquor -> rsquot)

This typo appears at least 4 times on that page, and similar typos in many locations throughout the manual e.g. in 10.2.1.1.1.1. Controlling Clustering Granularity it reads:

“clusters.size”
