The following properties are not picked up correctly if populating the kickstart records in the PTC

Instead of
pegasus.catalog.proveance.db.url
pegasus.catalog.provenance.db.user
pegasus.catalog.provenace.db.password

However, if the provenance is replaced by * then it is populated correctly.

pegasus.catalog.*.db.url = jdbc:mysql://devrandom.isi.edu/ligo_pegasus
pegasus.catalog.*.db.user = ligo
pegasus.catalog.*.db.password = caltech
