Per the standard PyCBC pegasus dashboard instructions I've verified that:

> ls -ldh ~hannah.hamilton/.pegasus
drwxrwxr-x 2 hannah.hamilton hannah.hamilton 4.0K Apr 19 13:02 /home/hannah.hamilton/.pegasus

exists with what I believe to be the correct permissions (though not sure why group has write---I don't think we explicitly changed that permission), and also:

>ls -lh ~hannah.hamilton/.pegasus
total 96K
rw-rr- 1 hannah.hamilton hannah.hamilton 80K Apr 19 13:02 workflow.db

I believe tells me that the database exists with the correct permissions.

Which is about all I know to do, i.e. not much.
