pegasus-statistics should be able to skip over failures when generating particular type of stats

if a particular type of statistics generation fail, can we log a proper message, that failure when generating that type, and move to the next type.

Often, -s all will fail because of underlying errors in workflow db. but all other stats can be generated successfully
