pegasus-statistics should take comma separated list of values for -s option

-s STATISTICS_LEVEL, --statistics-level=STATISTICS_LEVEL
                        Valid levels are:
                        all,summary,wf_stats,jb_stats,tf_stats,ti_stats;
                        Default is 'summary'.

The option should be able to take comma separated list of values
