Major Description
There are two changes in HTCondor 8.5.x condor_q which will affect pegasus-status:
1) By default, condor_q will only show the invoking user's jobs. This is almost what pegasus-status does today, but some changes will probably be required to support -u. Note the -allusers option in condor_q.
2) By default, but not yet the default, condor_q will show a summarized view of the jobs in the queue, called "batch" mode. Note the -batch / -nobatch modes.
