As part of PM-1018 we have updated the planner defaults to

• set the --conf option to pegasus-plan to pegasus.properties in the current working directory.

• the default locations for the various catalog files now point to current working directory ( rc.txt, tc.txt, sites.xml )

we should update the tutorial accordingly.
