      1) The property pegasus.condor.retry is misnamed. It should be pegasus.dagman.retry

      2) The following property should always be added. This gets condor dagman to throttle the number of prescripts ( pegasus-plan invocations) to 1
      pegasus.dagman.maxpre 1
